My Aura Loyalty enrollment link is not working

For your security, our unique enrollment links expire. If you are trying to sign up for Aura Loyalty and the link in your welcome email is not working, don’t worry! We’ve reserved your account and you can request a new unique link using the following steps:

1. Download the Aura Loyalty app from the Apple or Google app stores
2. Open the Aura app on your phone
3. Select Login
4. Select “Retrieve your password”
5. Enter your email (Note: This is the email where you received your first unique enrolment link i.e. the email registered with your Credit Union)
6. Check your email for the link to create/retrieve your password 
7. Select this link from your mobile phone and you will be taken to your Aura Loyalty app
8. Set a new password
9. Now you can login with your email & new password and complete your registration with Aura Loyalty
