Are there limits on my transactions?

Yes. The limits are as follows (all amounts are in Canadian dollars):

Maximum card balance is $20,000.
Maximum cash loads per day is 4.
Maximum loads per month is 20.
Maximum amount per single Interac e-Transfer load is $3,000.
Maximum monthly cumulative amount, loads (including Interac e-Transfer loads) $20,000.
Maximum number of Point of Sale (POS) transactions per day is 15.
Maximum amount per single Point of Sale transaction (POS) is $2,500.
Maximum daily cumulative amount at Point of Sale (POS) is $5,000.
Maximum monthly cumulative amount, Point of Sale transactions (POS) is $20,000.
Maximum number of ATM transactions per day is 2.
Maximum amount per single ATM transaction is $500.
Maximum daily cumulative amount, ATM is $1,000.
Maximum monthly cumulative amount, ATM is $2,000.
Maximum daily combined spend and ATM cash withdrawal is $5,000.
