Why do I need a virtual card?

A virtual card allows you to make purchases online before you receive your physical card. As soon as your registration is completed, you have access to your virtual card immediately. Your virtual card also has a different number than your physical plastic card to minimize the risk of shopping online.
You can add your virtual card to Samsung pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Garmin Pay and Fitbit Pay as another form of payment.
You are also able to load money on your virtual card using the Cash load or e transfer method.
Both cards (virtual and plastic) are linked to the same account.
