I lost my card. How do I freeze it?

You can temporarily freeze your card anytime in the app by tapping on "Cards" at the right side of the navigation bar, then select the card which you'd like to freeze and tap on "Freeze Card". If you think your card is just temporarily lost and you find it, you can unfreeze it in the app anytime.

If you think your card is permanently lost or stolen, freeze it in the app and then give us a call at 1-855-777-9790 so we can help you out.
